Animals are not a commodity!
I figured I would drop in with another random blurb.
My brother Paul, Shannon, and I were at a local tea house when we noticed a flier on the door. It had a picture of an obviously pure bred dog and text detailing about how the dog doesn’t match the owners apartment and she wants to get rid of it in so she can get a lap dog instead. The owner was asking for $125 down and was willing to take monthly payments until a full $500 was paid. This mentality was very disturbing to us, this is a living being we are talking about not a freaking car!
We took the liberty of taking the flier down and quickly throwing it in the trash. I swear every time I think there is hope I find my self reflecting on situations like this. I really do feel for animals put in situations like this, I really do.
